Marie-Yves Nadine Jean-Baptiste

Marie-Yves Nadine Jean-Baptiste is the managing owner of The Saint Yves Law Firm, where she focuses her practice on Estates & Trusts and Taxation. She holds a J.D., an LL.M. in Taxation, and an Estate Planning Certificate from the University of Baltimore School of Law. Licensed to practice in Maryland State and Federal Courts, the U.S. Tax Court, and the U.S. Supreme Court, she has extensive experience in estate planning, probate, tax controversy, family law, and litigation. Marie-Yves is particularly committed to serving LGBTQIA+ clients, guiding them through unique family law and estate planning challenges with compassion and strategic insight.

In addition to her practice, Marie-Yves is active in leadership and service roles. She is a member at large of the Women’s Bar Association for Harford County, serves on the Executive Board of the Harford County Bar Foundation, and is a member of the Bel Air Lions Club. A former Chair of the Baltimore County Bar Association’s Estates & Trusts Committee, she has also taught as an adjunct professor at Loyola University Maryland and served on the Board of Directors for the Boys & Girls Clubs of Harford and Cecil Counties. Dedicated to pro bono service and community empowerment, Marie-Yves continues to support vulnerable populations and advance access to justice across Maryland.

Moses Jean-Baptiste

Moses Jean-Baptiste serves as the Customer Service Manager at The Saint Yves Law Firm, where he plays an important role in ensuring that every client feels heard, supported, and satisfied throughout their experience with the firm. He is dedicated to maintaining clear communication with clients, addressing concerns, and helping ensure that their needs are handled with care and professionalism.

In addition to overseeing client service, Moses supports daily office operations by assisting with incoming calls, managing mail distribution, maintaining organized records, and helping ensure the office remains well-maintained. Known for his reliability and strong work ethic, Moses contributes to keeping the firm running efficiently and smoothly.

Outside of the office, Moses enjoys giving back to the community through volunteer work, often alongside his family. He also loves spending time with loved ones, reading anime and graphic novels, and playing video games with friends. His commitment to service, curiosity, and teamwork make him a valued member of the firm.

Kimberly Brown

Kimberly Brown is a Paralegal at The Saint Yves Law Firm, bringing more than five years of professional customer service experience in fast-paced office and client-service environments. With a background in medical office administration and patient relations, she is highly skilled in managing complex records, navigating software systems, and maintaining efficient workflows, strengths that translate seamlessly into her work in the legal field.

Before joining the firm, Kimberly worked as a Medical Receptionist and Office Manager in several medical practices, where she handled scheduling, insurance coordination, referrals, patient communications, financial reporting, and day-to-day office operations. Her experience with platforms such as Traknet, Medical Mastermind, and NextGen reflects her strong technical proficiency and adaptability.

A Maryland-licensed Esthetician and graduate of the Steiner Institute’s Esthetics Training Program, Kimberly is driven by a lifelong commitment to serving others. At The Saint Yves Law Firm, she provides clients with care, professionalism, and an exceptional attention to detail, making her an asset to the firm’s client-centered mission.

Jamesha Caldwell

Jamesha Caldwell is a Juris Doctor graduate of Penn State Dickinson Law and is licensed to practice law in Maryland. She currently serves as the Family Law Associate at The Saint Yves Law Firm, where she focuses her practice on family law and related advocacy. Jamesha has a particular interest in intersectional issues affecting families and individuals, including divorce, domestic violence protection matters, child custody and support, guardianship, and expungements.

Driven by a commitment to justice and client-centered advocacy, Jamesha works to ensure that individuals navigating complex legal challenges feel informed, supported, and empowered throughout the process. Beyond her legal work, she is an avid creative writer and reader and remains deeply involved in her community through pro bono initiatives aimed at increasing access to justice.
